Melodika Purple BassCore 2x1.5mm² Speaker Cable per metre

Melodika Purple bulk cable, supplied to the selected running length and priced per linear metre. This is unterminated cable rather than a finished interconnect with fitted plugs.

Ordering and installation

The listed unit price is for 1 metre. The quantity of metres and whether an order is cut as one continuous length should be confirmed with Kronos AV before fulfilment. Choose cable size for the intended connection and run length.

Frequently asked questions

Are plugs included?

No termination is included in this bulk-cable listing. Ask Kronos AV about compatible connectors and termination services.

Understanding the design

The manufacturer uses oxygen-free copper in this range. The available conductor gauges and termination options make correct system matching important: cable resistance depends in part on conductor size and the distance between amplifier and speakers.

Using it in a Hi-Fi system

The cable carries the amplified signal between an amplifier and passive loudspeakers. Choose conductor size with the speaker impedance and actual run length in mind, and ensure both ends make secure electrical contact.

Choosing the right length or connection

This is unterminated cable sold per linear metre. Measure both channels separately and check whether you need one continuous length or individual cuts; a quantity of two does not automatically mean two finished speaker cables.

Melodika lists a 5-year series warranty for Purple, subject to the manufacturer's current terms.

A question worth asking

Is a larger cable gauge always better? Not necessarily. Choose gauge for the impedance and installation distance rather than assuming the largest available cable must sound best.
