The F-Dur keeps the timeless style and rich sound quality E.A.T. is known for. Based around a solid MDF chassis with elegant contours, finished to the highest standard, mounted on a set of aluminium isolation feet, each aspect of the design considers both the aesthetic appeal and the mechanical importance of the whole player.

Precision in Motion

The main platter of the F-Dur is crafted from heavy, CNC-machined aluminium to provide maximum mass and balance, which enhances rotational consistency and minimises unwanted vibrations. Inside the platter, a TPE-damping ring is employed to further absorb resonances, resulting in a clearer, more detailed audio playback. 

The Best Drive System

The platter is also oversized, which increases kinetic energy and dramatically reduces wow and flutter. Driven by two ultra-quiet AC motors that are mass-isolated from the main plinth and powered by a built-in DC/AC generator, and mounted on a magnetically-supported inverted main bearing – the end result is a playback platform that offers exceptional isolation and unrivalled speed stability.  

New Belt

The F-Dur is supplied with a newly developed drive belt that incorporates carbon fibres into its construction. This unique material blend makes the belt conductive, effectively eliminating static build-up during operation. Designed as a single, seamless ring with no glued joints, the belt helps support the smooth, consistent rotation of the platter.  

Highest Level of Analogue Reproduction

When fitted with the flagship F-Note tonearm, the performance of the F-Dur defies belief. With its cardanic construction, featuring four ultra-low friction pinpoint bearings on diamond mirrors, fully adjustable construction and laser azimuth tool, the tonearm can fully accommodate almost any cartridge on the market today. Mounted on a solid aluminium base, the tonearm matches the turntable’s focus on isolation and perfect mechanical design.  

Your Turntable, Your Way

The F-Dur turntable is available with the F-Note tonearm supplied in either a sleek satin black finish, or in a bolder silver. It’s also supplied with a premium leather turntable mat and a 5P > RCA cable for easy set-up from new. To complete the system, there’s an optional dust cover available, and you can also bundle the stunning Jo N°5 moving coil pick-up cartridge for a perfect sonic match.
