Christmas Shipping Information
We have been informed by our primary couriers that the final day for guaranteed delivery for Christmas is 21st December 2023. We will continue to ship until 24th December for delivery after Christmas.
HOW WE SHIP ORDERS?
We ship all our items with reputable couriers. All items are shipped on premium services (normally arriving within 1-2 days). Please note there may be slight delays during busy periods. Items are shipped on signed for services and tracking information is supplied for all orders.
LAST MINUTE ORDERS?
As a family business, we work with our customers on a personal level, so if there are any last minute orders past the last shipment date, please contact us and we will so all we can to try and help get the items to you in time for Christmas.

Can you ship items for delivery between Christmas and New Years?
Yes, we will recommence shipping as soon as possible, and most couriers will deliver during this time.
Can I track the orders?
Yes, all of our orders are shipped with tracking numbers provided. We understand many of these orders are gifts, and you want to be home to receive them, so in many cases the courier will give you a time for delivery as well.
Can you box them up in plain packaging if it is a gift?
Absolutely! We are always happy to help keep Christmas presents a surprise! We can ship in plain boxes, or wrap in plain shrink wrap so your loved ones don't know what is inside. Just leave a message in the "message to seller section" when ordering and we will take it from there.
Do you ship invoices in the box if it is a gift?
No! We will only supply a packing slip with no pricing information included. All invoices will be electronically sent to you via email, so you have all the information for warranties etc...
If I purchase an item as a gift, can the warranty be transferred to the recipient?
Yes, as long as they have the original receipt, they will be fully covered by the items UK warranty. Should they encounter a warranty issue, they can simply contact us and we can organise the warranty repair / replacement.
