The HS-X6 represents a midpoint between our entry-level and reference models, applying the same engineering framework as the HS-X9 but with a six-conductor layout.
The focus remains on predictable electrical behaviour, mechanical integrity, and comprehensive noise management — not arbitrary complexity.
Six-Conductor Architecture
The HS-X6 uses six individually insulated 1.5 mm conductors, arranged in a controlled geometry to manage current distribution and interactions more effectively than a single large conductor.
This multi-conductor approach draws on principles used in aerospace and defence systems, where predictable behaviour and consistent performance are required under real-world conditions.
The benefits include:
- Balanced current pathways
- Reduced internal interaction between conductors
- Lower mechanical stress per conductor
- Improved high-frequency behaviour
Conductors are formed from high-purity OCC copper, selected for consistency, low defect density, and long-term mechanical stability.
Controlled Geometry and Braided Shielding
The six cores are arranged with fixed spacing and orientation, preserving predictable conductor relationships and reducing irregular coupling between paths.
A braided shielding system surrounds the conductors, managing electromagnetic interference while maintaining flexibility and long-term shielding behaviour.
Unified Outer Structure
All six conductors and shielding are contained within a unified outer sleeve, forming a stable mechanical assembly that suppresses micro-movement between conductors under load.
This minimises modulation noise arising from mechanical movement within the cable.
Precision Connector System
The HS-X6 uses the same high-density engineered composite connectors as the rest of the Titan series, prioritising:
- Electrically neutral behaviour
- Mechanical damping
- Engineered internal structure
Internal connector geometry is shaped to absorb vibration, relieve flex stress, and isolate the termination from mechanical disturbances.
Radial Compression Retention System (RCRS™)
The radial compression retention system secures the cable into the connector without distortion or degradation.
A turbine-profile elastomeric interface expands uniformly via a calibrated retaining ring into both cable and connector, delivering:
- Uniform pressure distribution
- No point loading
- No conductor deformation
- Long-term mechanical stability
This provides a secure, non-intrusive termination without compromising performance.
Integrated FFT Module
The central module houses an expanded FFT system designed to suppress high-frequency noise at the cable level.
A dedicated DC input allows the FFT system to operate independently, maintaining consistent performance while minimising interference passed to downstream equipment.
Structured Cable Architecture
The HS-X6 is designed with a defined structural point at the FFT module, preventing the cable from acting as a single resonant or inductive length.
This reduces high-frequency noise propagation while preserving full electrical continuity.
Power flows uninterrupted.
Noise does not.
Titan Intent
The HS-X6 exists to apply the Titan design philosophy to a six-conductor layout — blending engineering discipline with practical performance gains.
It is logical, measurable, and purposeful.
