Cabasse Santorin 25M2 Subwoofer

The Cabasse Santorin 25M2 is a high quality and stylish free standing active sub-woofer.

The Santorin sub-woofers are tuned to work extremely harmoniously with any Cabasse satellite speaker, so if the requirement be a samller to medium  stereo zone or a multichannel application,  it will work in tandem beautifully with the Eole 3's or the iO2's in particular (arguably the Alcyone 2's as well). If the zone requirement is a 2.1 system - then the speakers in that zone can be paired directly to the Santorin 25M2 sub-woofer, as the Santorin has dedicated high level outputs for these applications. 

The input signal can be feed into the sub-woofer via high level inputs in this scenario too, meaning that it can sit only any platform where high level connectivity is required, so it can be at home within the context of any high quality distributed audio system. In addition to these high level inputs the 25M2 also has low level (or line level - RCA/Phono) inputs enabling it to be fed via dedicated zone outputs of multi-room amplifiers, processors or audio matrixes, whilst also powering satellites if required via the high level outputs as well.

If the Santorin 25M2 is required as a stand-alone sub-woofer or utilised again with the Cabasse Eole 3's or iO2's in a home cinema application, then of course it won't fail to disappoint. The Santorin 25M2 has a very dextrous and dynamic 250 watt class D amplifier and is paired with Cabasse's 25cm down firing woofer, enabling it to span the low half of the acoustic range very effectively with a frequency response 34 – 150 Hz. It is in this department the the Cabasse 25M2 will help any system sonically requiring lower end reinforcement, and especially those systems or custom installations that also require a stunning aesthetic to bolster a svelte or stylishly stealthy installation.

Even if you don't have any Cabasse speakers, no one would blame you if you'd be tempted by a sub? It's subtle and naturally progressive performance alone would get you one on merit anyhow!
