Welcome to the Kronos AV OUTLET! Naturally from time too time we have to have a clear out of our warehouse, and anything which isn't classed as brand new, we supply to our outlet at a discount. 

Here is a guide to explain the condition: 

Open Box: A product that has been opened but not used. It is in perfect condition, and comes with full warranty. Products may have been removed from the packaging and then repacked as per manufacturers instructions.

Ex Demo: A product which has been on demonstration in our stores. The condition will be listed n the product listings, but these products will never have left our stores.

Ex Display: A product that has been on display in one of our stores, but never used. It comes with original packaging and warranty. 

B Stock: A product that has damaged or scuffy packaging. The product itself is in perfect condition with no issues (unless otherwise stated) 

USED: a product which has had one or more owners, and has been brought in as a trade in from a previous customer. Condition and detailed information will be included in the listing.
