With the Fezz Trade-Up promotion, you can trade in qualifying hi-fi equipment from a recognised brand towards a new, full-price Fezz amplifier, pre-amplifier, DAC, phono stage or headphone amplifier. The final value is assessed individually by Kronos AV and is not guaranteed.

Example

If your existing amplifier originally cost £1,600, you may be eligible for up to £1,600 in trade-in credit when choosing a new Fezz product with a standard RRP of at least £4,000, subject to inspection and approval.

How the offer works

  1. Choose an eligible new Fezz component at its standard full retail price.
  2. Provide the original invoice or itemised purchase receipt for your existing hi-fi separate.
  3. Send us the model details, condition and photos for an initial assessment.
  4. Our team will confirm the trade-in value, subject to physical inspection and final approval.

Key conditions

  • UK residents and personal consumer purchases only.
  • The new Fezz RRP must be at least 2.5 times the original verified purchase price of the trade-in item.
  • Only one trade-in item per qualifying transaction.
  • Original proof of purchase required; trade-in item must be complete, fully working and in acceptable condition.
  • Final approval depends on physical inspection and commercially viable resale or disposition.
  • Trade-in credit has no cash alternative and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
  • Only new, full-price qualifying Fezz products; no ex-demo, refurbished or second-hand purchases.
  • Customer is responsible for safe delivery of the trade-in to Kronos AV unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Promotion ends 30 November 2026, unless the organiser changes or withdraws it.
