Audio Show Deluxe 2025: A Relaxed High-End Haven

Kronos AV recently journeyed to Whittlebury Hall for the third annual Audio Show Deluxe, a truly unique event in the high-fidelity calendar. What sets this show apart is its manageable size and wonderfully relaxed atmosphere, making it a refreshing change from the often overwhelming scale of other audio exhibitions.

From the moment you arrive, Chris and his team extend a warm welcome, offering a glass of champagne or orange juice and a beautifully produced brochure. This attention to detail sets the tone for the entire show – a high-end experience that prioritizes visitor comfort. Crucially, complimentary, high-quality coffee, tea, and water are available throughout both floors, with comfortable seating areas provided. This simple gesture, often overlooked at other events, truly enhances the overall experience.

Adding to the relaxed ambiance is the daily program of live music, featuring top-tier musicians. Stu and Linette from HiFi Pig, the show's media sponsors, along with Chris, ensure a convivial atmosphere, providing wine, beer, and soft drinks during these sessions. I was fortunate enough to catch Hans Theessink, a blues guitar legend, on Saturday.

Now, let's delve into the audio highlights:
