It is built around Synergistic Research's upper-level Atmosphere SX conductor geometry and grounding approach, with an emphasis on system-specific matching.

Manufacturer design and technology

Synergistic Research specifies two fifth-generation Tricon Silver Matrix geometries running in parallel, complemented by four pure-silver AirString conductors in a sealed-air dielectric. Its shielding uses carbon-fibre UEF tuning discs and the company's Matrix Shield treatments. The manufacturer offers a compatible cable shield-ground connection for integration with an appropriate Synergistic Research Active Ground Block, while the associated Gold and Silver Galileo SX tuning modules allow the customer to audition differing voicings. A long-duration, high-frequency factory conditioning process developed for the SRX cable family is also part of manufacture.

Key features and specifications

Analogue RCA connection for compatible line-level hi-fi equipment

Two Tricon Silver Matrix geometries with four high-purity silver AirStrings

Sealed-air conductor insulation and UEF treatment of cable shielding

Carbon-fibre UEF tuning discs and optional shield-to-Ground Block connection

Gold and Silver Galileo SX tuning approach described by the manufacturer

Existing 1m and 1.5m lengths retain their live Shopify pricing

System matching and connection advice

RCA is appropriate for unbalanced analogue connections between matching outputs and inputs. It should not be confused with digital coaxial S/PDIF or a specialist turntable phono lead, even though the physical plugs may look similar. Before choosing a cable, check the location of the source, amplifier and any separate phono stage. Kronos AV can confirm an appropriate cable length and whether grounding accessories make sense for the full system.

Frequently asked questions

Does this convert RCA to balanced audio? No; choose a suitable XLR product only when the electronics use compatible balanced analogue interfaces. Are the Gold and Silver options different cable lengths? No. They are tuning modules rather than cable-size options.

Kronos AV specialist advice

Speak to the Kronos AV team for help selecting suitable cable lengths, equipment connections and specialist options.
