Description

Building on Cabasse's audiophile foundations the brand new Stream BASE brings high-fidelity sound in a compact format right beneath your TV screen (up to 42in). It is the ideal platform for watching and listening to TV, plus discovering thousands of radio stations or streaming your favorite music from your LAN or streaming music services.

Audio pioneer, Cabasse, which has been at the forefront of active multi-way hi-fi and pro loudspeaker systems for 60 years, has designed a four-way per channel stereo solution for the Stream BASE. Active filtering technology ensures a spectacular sound quality by individually controlling the dome tweeter, the midrange and the low-midrange units of each channel. A dedicated low frequency channel, fitted with a long throw 13cm woofer firing downwards at 360°, brings substance and realism to the sound effects.

The full emotions of the user’s favourite films are enhanced with the Cabasse holographic sound processing, which enlarges the width and the depth of the sound stage, while dialogue remains clear and effects keep remain forceful. Every tone in the spectrum is rendered with accuracy, from high shrills to rumbling bass, for a spectacular show of sound that immerses the viewer in a rich 3D cinema experience in the comfort of the living room.

In keeping with the other models in the comprehensive Cabasse Stream range, when connected to a home network Stream BASE gives instant access to all of the music stored on the network, to thousands of internet radio stations and to audio streaming from Deezer, Napster, Qobuz, Spotify Connect and Tidal. The USB port gives direct access to music stored on USB sticks or hard drives, plays it on the Stream BASE and shares it with any streaming device in your home network, thanks to the built in DLNA server technology. The Bluetooth Aptx function provides an easy and strong connection for smartphones and tablets.

Once connected to your home network via Ethernet or Wi-Fi, the Cabasse Stream BASE allows you to stream all your locally stored digital music files, thousands of internet radio stations as well as Deezer, Napster, Spotify Connect, Tidal & Qobuz streaming services. Connection to the TV is via optical or S/PDIF and is Dolby Digital compatible. The USB input and Bluetooth AptX inputs enable external digital sources to be connected and Stream BASE is also equipped with an analogue 3.5mm stereo mini-jack input. Files in a large variety of formats can be played back, including WAV, AIFF, ALAC, FLAC and MP3 and the Stream BASE can reproduce high-resolution audio up to 24bit/96kHz.

Control can be via the supplied remote control, or via the free Cabasse app for your tablet/smartphone (Android or Apple). The App allows input selection so you can enjoy the best from your TV or your music seamlessly, and in exceptional quality as the best audio dynamics are guaranteed with the exacting Stream BASE from Cabasse. This means that you can watch and listen whatever the source maybe, and still maintain the best audio playback. Plus, you will know that this performance has been optimised solely only to enjoy - thanks to one of Europe's most innovative and respected speaker manufacturers.

UK Deliveries

Within the UK we aim to ship all items same day, however during busy periods it can take 1-3 days for dispatch. We ship all items with premium courier services which quote 1-2 days for delivery. Please note these times may be effected due to circumstances outside our control. Shipping is free on all orders over £50.

Ireland Deliveries

Following Brexit, We are still able to ship into Ireland, and no further VAT or charges apply. All Irish orders will dispatch from our N.Ireland warehouse, and therefore no charges apply. Shipping is free on all Irish orders over £50.00. 

Europe Deliveries

For deliveries in Europe, we have two options which can be chosen by the customer. 

N.Ireland - We can ship your goods from our N.Ireland warehouse, in which case we must charge VAT however due to N.Ireland's free trade agreement with Europe you will therefore not be charged any import duty or further costs. Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout based on destination. 

Britain - We can ship orders from our British warehouse (UK Mainland) which will be charged ex VAT, however this will require export paperwork, and import duty and applicable charges will apply. VAT is removed at the checkout if your destination is applicable.   

Non EU Countries 

If you are purchasing from a Non-EU country, you will not be charged VAT which will be deducted at the checkout. Import duties and further applicable charges may apply depeding on your country. Shipping is calculated at the checkout based on destination.

Express Deliveries

Express Delivery is FREE on all orders over £50. Express Delivery offers delivery in 24-72 hours from time of purchase. We use premium couriers for this service, mainly DPD & Royal Mail. DPD will offer you a one hour window for delivery to make sure someone is at home, or you can reschedule the delivery if no one is around. 

Standard Deliveries

Here at Kronos AV, we have vast experience with e-commerce sales. Making sure that your parcel arrives undamaged is a huge priority for us. That’s why at Kronos AV, we only use premium couriers for all our orders. All our parcels are shipped with DPD or Royal Mail and are always sent Signed For to make sure it gets to the right person. 

If for any reason your parcel does arrived damaged, please get in touch, and we will be happy to get everything resolved for you. We are always on hand to help!

Delivery is FREE on all orders over £50. In order to offer FREE delivery to UK customers, we use several premium couriers to ensure your delivery arrives safe.

Most large orders (over 2kg) ship using DPD or DHL courier and smaller orders (under 2kg) by Royal Mail signed for services.

The most appropriate courier will be chosen for the items ordered to ensure the quickest possible delivery.
