 If you can leave a contact number and serial number of the unit  of your purchase in the message section alongside any details of the fault this will help to speed up the repair time. The more detail you can provide the easiest it is for the engineer to fix the fault. On rare occasions we may need to give you a call to get more information of the fault, however normally repairs are a straight forward process.
